2019 Upgrading Course with YM Cheok Makeup

It is a promise to myself that every year I should (and no matter what) go for an upgrading course with different experienced MUAs in the industry, irregardless of countries.
I’ve researched and was considering to travel to either Taiwan/Korea for this year but fate is interesting in a way that I come across YM Cheok at a right time and at the same time, one of my fellow MUA friend is searching for MUAs to learn from her too.

YM Cheok is a MUA based in KL. She has an experience of 10 years in the bridal MUA industry and is a very established MUA on her own with a team of 4-5 members and 22.9k followers on Instagram. I came across her works on Instagram and was instantly amazed at how she could enhance each of her brides’ eyes, giving them a very unique and her signature kind of natural glam look on them. Her before/after photos & videos of her clients were also very well-taken that it will definitely impress you. So since, coincidental opportunities arise, I decided to go on a 3d2n KL trip with my fellow MUA and had my very first overseas learning experience. :)

And, I am so happy to announce that I’ve completed the 2-days Advanced Bridal Makeup and Hairstyling Course in KL with @ymcheok !
i really enjoyed the course and it also reminded me on certain areas that I could focus on as well as how I can better improve myself and work to be better. :)
This is the reason why i love to attend courses and learn from different MUAs.
I know i’ve got loads to practice and work hard on, but at the same time I am really excited and looking forward to adapt some of her signature styles for my future brides. 

I’m really very thankful to meet and learn from successful MUAs like her. :)
